Well, I can scarcely believe it, but I'm here...it's official! I'm sitting here after-hours waiting for DH to pick me up (his work schedule is weird this week, and we're still working out carpool arrangements, lol!), looking around this gorgeous office that I call mine - still in shock from the amazement of it all.
We spent last weekend working with our best friends (YP from our former church) at a Christian music festival put on by their current church - even though it was about 100 degrees every day (way too hot for us midwesterners, lol!), we all had an absolute blast. God has truly vindicated our entire former staff. Each one of us went from that church into a ministry position that seems to have been made for each of us individually.
I am thrilled that God made a way for us to stay close by our dearest friends in the world, and as an added bonus, we've gotten to know some other fellow ministers in the area, too (YP's sister - another CP - and her husband!!). I am blessed beyond measure - thanks for being here for me, and praying through a very rough two years. I was pretty much at the end of my rope when I found you ladies. I'm sure I'll need more prayer further down the line, and I am thankful to have found a fantastic group of ministry partners/venting buddies/encouragers/etc.
WOO HOO!! I am sooooooo happy for you Puppetmaster. God has proven Himself faithful to you over & over again & you are being rewarded for your faithfulness. Keep us posted on all of the wonderful things happening.
I am so excited for you Puppetmaster. Enjoy every bit of it. I remember posting several months ago that you had sewn in tears, but you would reap in joy! God is so faithful! He has truly blessed you. You are an encouragement to each one of us who may be going through a hard time right now.
