Cassandra I have been thinking about and praying for you, as I am sure that others have been as well.  I wanted to check and see how things are going with you.

Love you ladies,

Hi ladies. Thank you so much for thinking of me. I am fine. The medication is working now. I am leveling out. NO more weepy spells. Dh and i had big fight several days ago (we are fine now) and I made it thru  that with out getting just drastic. SO that's good. We have been in Biloxi, MS and in Pensacola, FL the past few days. It picked me up. We took money to a pastor there who had people who lost it all. Thnakfully none perished in his church. I wish we could stay down there a month and jsut do relief work. Now I know how missionaries feel. I did not miss the luxuries of home at all. Dh was happy traveling and we are settling the issue with in us that we just arent gifted as pastors. And I starting feeling the heavy coming back on me as we got closer to home. FOr one I LVOE Mississippi (in most ways) and hated leaving Biloxi. Didnt care much for Pesacola. Orange Beach AL was amazing. We got to go a resort and swim in luxury all day. (A friend of a friend kind of deal) Our kids had such fun.

So I am better. Still emotionally numb feels like but atleast not in tears. One day at a time. Thanks for your prayers.

Cassandra

Hi, Cassandra:  I'm glad to know that you are doing better.   You were just a couple of hours from me!  I'm glad you got to spend some time relaxing w/ the family.  We're continuing to pray for you.  Miss ya.

Hey Cassandra,

I'm glad you are leveling out as far as emotions and that the meds have kicked in.  Stay on them no matter how you feel -- just hold steady.  (A lot of people go off them because they feel better, but that is the whole point - you are better because you are on them.)

I'm glad you got out of your surroundings - that's what we need sometimes.  Now you're back to the real world.  I'll be praying that God gives you clear direction.

So, you are feeling that the pastorate is just not for you.  What do you feel directed in?  Evangelistic work?  I believe once you all find your niche you will still work together as partners.

Love you,

Deanna
