In the midst...

Greetings to all!   This has been a banner week complete with full-blown enemy attacks on all fronts - home, church and work...    Nevertheless I serve the faithful one who has promised to deliver me from all of this foolishness!

My husband and I are preparing for a major change - we are moving back to New York City to take over the small church that my father-in-law organized because his health is failing him.   Needless to say we are experiencing unusual amounts of drama at our current church and it is often hard to see the difference from satanic attacks and God's rebuke.

Ultimately we have had deacons to literally go out of their way (at our current church) to bring disgrace to the office of pastor.   They have reached into our personal financial affairs and have brought people to the church to speak about what and how we paid them.   Most recently they contacted our former landlord (we moved a couple of months ago to lower our expenses) and brought him in to have him show our payment history.   Now this is a violation of our rights - the landlord violated Landlord/Tenant laws by disclosing our information, the deacons violated our rights by requesting this information without a signed disclosure statement from us and they violated the church by ultimately bringing the church on the wrong side of a legal matter.   We were not by any means evicted from the home nor has there been any "legal action" taken about anything - so this is just a MESS!  Or as we often call it a HOT MESS!

They have done more than this foolishness, but this gives you an idea of the level of demonic activity we are facing - BUT THIS MUST MEAN THAT WE HAVE GROWN TO A HIGHER LEVEL IN GOD!  Because if the enemy is under my feet (and he is) that means I have gone quite a ways up in the spirit!  Because satan does not bruise my head, I crush his...

Nevertheless!   I solicit your prayers...  I know I have been absent for a minute,  but as you can see I've  been dealing with a couple few things.

The funny thing is if they had just left us alone my husband was going to turn in his resignation this weekend.   But since they are now trying to make our lives difficult we can not leave until after they are properly rebuked and censored or at least exposed for their actions...  That way when judgement comes that the people are at least aware that repentance must take place immediately.

Wow, FLOW, that is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!    The fact that people can do this is just amazing.  And the funny thing is, we could absolutely sue their pants off for stuff like this but people do not expect you to because you are a Christian, and especially a pastor.

We faced something similar in a previous church, in Ohio.  We did not follow through with an offer we made on a house because in between the time we applied, our income changed and unfortunately it was lower than higher.  Which, made the contract null and void.  Well, the realtor asked, "are you still interested in something?"  We said, "yes but it will have to be smaller."  Just being honest -- that was the truth but......being a small town, they did not always follow laws or protocol.  She went to a guy on our board and said, "what in the world is going on at your church?  I was supposed to sell your pastor a house and now they said they can only afford something smaller!"  This should have been confidential between us and our realtor (they are supposed to keep confidences) however they did not.  The board member was embarrassed and rightfully so.  It was his fault that the income was not as much (he was actually the one who made it so that we had a lower income - he was the big mouth responsible for this) so it made him feel really bad when somebody in the community said, "your pastor said they can only afford a smaller house."  He was embarrassed and said it was a disgrace for the church and caused a HUGE problem over it.  Well the thing is, it WAS a disgrace!  (What they were paying us was the actual disgrace and their dishonesty.)  We could have sued that realtor, but obviously, we didn't.  They had no business sharing our personal affairs with a board member.

I will be praying that favor would be shown to you and that the enemy's assignment in this matter would be canceled.  Also that those involved would be brought to repentance and your reputation restored.

Flow, if I remember right you told me you always wanted to end up back in NY.  So, is this a dream come true of sorts?  (Minus the attack from your church members?)

Praying for you,

Deanna

Flow you know that I am praying for you.   It is a shame how people can come against the man and woman of God and disregard the fact that the Bible says, "Do not touch my annointed one."

I know that God will give you the grace to do his will.  Victory is yours in Jesus name!

I love you girl.

All I can say is that God is about to move in a BIG way everywhere, from the sounds of it!

I have never seen or felt so much attack from the enemy unless something huge is about to happen.  Sounds like it's happening to a lot of us.  Time to pray, big time, that's for sure!!
