I just got off the phone with my district office credentialing secretary, who informed me that I passed my test with a 93%!!!!! Everyone who was supposed to get stuff to them did (transcripts, reference forms, etc)...Yes, I'm a Type A control freak who worries that if I am not doing something myself, it's not getting done.
But I am well on my way to being a children's pastor. All that is left is the School of Ministry/interview in February...
So, yay!! Now I can truly enjoy the Christmas season without stressing .
I knew I would pass...I just didn't think it would be with such a high score.
I was mostly worried that our church secretary would forget to mail it in, lol. Not that she's irresponsible - it's like I said earlier, I'm a control freak who worries about anything getting done that I'm not doing myself. Especially something this important.
But I've learned a very important lesson here: people can be trusted! An important lesson to learn, because I need to delegate more . Thanks for the encouragement!!
CONGRATS ALL AROUND!!!! I AM VERY HAPPY FOR U! HAVE A NICE HOLIDAY, LW
