My computer is so sluggish and old so I don't know what category this ended up under...OOPS!
Ladies, since I moved to this state (approx 18 years ago) I've developed allergies to trees, grass, foods, etc. I seem to catch everything (i.e. flu, colds, chronic sinus problems, etc). Would you pray for me to get to the bottom of my problems. I see a dietician next week to find a diet I heard about at Unstoppable. I am on meds for thyroid. I just want to feel better. I am tired all the time. The anemia has been cured through diet. Praise God! I am going to begin to exercise regular also. I am looking for the auto immune disease diet. This is my year to feel optimum health. AMEN. Would you say a prayer about this for me? Thanks.
I will be praying for you as well. I am learning that diet is so important. I never realized that sickness can be avoided and reversed by changing your diet unless this past year.
