Just wanted to give God praise today and thank you all for your prayers! Keep praying! You all know about my impending surgery. I wish I could say God has healed me...He has not but He still has time! We have been asking for help for children's church while I am down after the surgery. Well today THREE people came to me and said they will help! These 3 ladies will be taking turns so hopefully at the most they may have to fill in 3 times each. If it goes well I am hoping that they will want and God will breath a desire in them to help more through the year so that I can get to be in service more! This is a HUGE victory in our church to see people stepping up! I can't tell you how much my DH and I are excited! It really is a big deal! Now I just have to ask for help with getting the kids from school. This shouldn't be a problem but sure could use prayer for that too! Thanks Ladies!

That's awesome! Just to encourage you, I've gotten almost ALL of my permanent leaders in kids' church by asking them for temporary help...special projects, trips, etc. So I'll be praying that your "temporary" helpers catch the fire and decide to permanently be put on your rotation :o).
