I am not quite sure where to put this in and it may even sound long winded but I really need some advice and even correcting if the need be there. As most of you know that my DH and I where both in ministries first as youth pastors then associate pastors then as senior pastors. We are no longer in ministry but I do work as the church administrator which is ministry I know but not leading a work. So here goes the story. We have one of our PW heading up our ladies group she is a sweet gal and age is not a matter, however she is young in the Lord from what I can see, we have just started a new series from Beth Moore and I have done all the running around to get it so I have had to phone the girls hear if they are interested or not which to me is all parcel of the job. But here is where I need the help I have not read the book or do I have the DVDs they are with the pw however she phones me to find out how it works I go to my work book because that is all I have I help as far as I can. Then we get to the meeting and every five minutes she asks me thats right hey Deborah? The ladies keep saying Deborah thanks for this we can see why you love Beth so much (there are a lot of similar thing or the way we do things) I just turn the focus back on the PW, but she is not helping as anything that is asked she answers and asks me in front of the ladies if that is correct. I am in the place where I dont want to go to ladies any more because I have spoken to her privately and yet nothing changes I dont want to let her down she is doing a great job she is gentle kind and a quite spirit which I wish I was I can be very straight forward, and I get mad at all this pussyfooting around people to do what is in the work book I feel if you signed up for this class you knew what you where getting yourself into. I feel as if I am jumping here and there we have a ladies event coming in 2008 and I was under the impression that we where getting a guest speaker in or that one of our PW wives would speak (we have 5 PW) we had a meeting to finalize everything and I have been asked to speak I feel honored to do so but how doI become invisible so that these woman can rise up and take their places please give me handles so that I can help them reach their destiny I see such destiny written all over them my DH says I see their destiny more then what they want it. Please help!!!!!
