Thursday night is the banquet we're starting out with, so you might want to be a little dressier that night, but as far as other times I'd say whatever you are comfy in. Definitely bring some casuals to hang out in (by the pool, or just lounging around type stuff) for Friday during the day. What you wear for the main sessions...really up to you and what you are comfortable with. I'd probably say business casual? But really, anything (almost anything! ha ha!) goes.
