Pastoring Partners,

If you have not already sent me your snail mail address, please do so asap.  I understand you not wanting to post it on here.  Please send to PastorDeanna@aol.com.   Right now we are getting all the materials ready for the "Unstoppable" Pastoring Partners Conference, to be held  September 13-15. 

I have registration packets to mail all of you.  I can also get you as many extra packets mailed to you personally to give to friends, or if you give me friends addresses, I will mail them to them personally. 

I'm asking all of you to support this conference as much as you possibly can.  For years I have been asked, "let's have a get together"... and "wouldn't it be great if we could all meet..."  Well, this is it! 

I'm really going out on a limb by planning this, just believing all my friends who have said this over the years will support it. 

Everything about this conference is going to be TOP NOTCH.  You will not regret for one second making the plans to come.  It's also in one of the most beautiful places in the country...TAMPA! 

Many people are going to be invited to this from all over, however I want to do something "extra special" for just those on this message board.  I will let you know asap what that will be.  I will not advertise it on this board or from the pulpit at the conference, I am going to private message you or e-mail you about it.  Reason being, it will be solely for those who are a part of this message board who have been such an encouragement/support over the years. 

So with all that said, if you have not already sent me your address please do so asap so I can include you!

This sounds like an awesome conference!!  I need to check on the dates - SP and PW will be on a missions trip to Columbia that week.  YP has been waffling back and forth about going on that same trip.  If he DOESN'T go, then I will most likely be able to go to the conference.  If he DOES go, it might be more difficult for me to get the okay, because then I'll be the only pastoral staff member not on the missions trip.

If it works out for me to go, is there anyone who'd be interested in rooming together?
