In the wake of all these storms, I justed wanted to check and see if all our Pastoring Partners are safe and sound. I pray that all these hurricanes will blow away real soon. At least we know Who is in charge.
Yes, I'm safe and sound here in Tampa. Thanks for asking! We have been so incredibly blessed by God's mercy. I have just been praying the hurricanes away, yet not to other cities...my fervent prayer is that they would just go back out into the ocean, or God would work some other miracle. (Certainly don't want you to think I'm wishing the storms away from Tampa Bay yet onto somebody else...) We are praying for everyone who is affected by Charley, Frances & Ivan. (And let's pray Jeanne completely AWAY from everybody.) We know God is able, and in control.
Thanks for asking. I am here in Eastern Alabama. We are so grateful to God to be alive and not to be greatly affected by Ivan, and we also pray for the families who lost loved ones, and their homes. God is still great, and greatly to be praised.
