Long story short, DH and I are spending this holiday weekend at the Country Inn & Suites because we are temporarily displaced from our apartment.  Thank goodness for renter's insurance - we may actually come out of this fiasco financially AHEAD because of it!!

We're looking on the bright side - namely, the pool, hot tub, and free continental breakfast!!  I guess a few days off and time with each other is a fantastic Christmas gift from God, lol!  Just wish He wasn't so dramatic about it .

My wish for 2007 is that it will be nice and NORMAL!!!! 

(Well, as "normal" as life ever gets in the ministry, that is!)
