Let's talk about "comfort food". Flow says she does the cake & fries thing when stuff gets really bad and she's stressed out. What do you do?
I confess, I have several favorites I (unfortunately) sometimes run to when I am like, 'OKAY, I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" (Fortunately I do NOT do all these at once!)

1) Ben & Jerry's Fudge Brownie Ice Cream (I try to do the frozen yogurt most of the time in it's place just for "anytime")
2) Potato chips
3) Chocolate chip cookies straight from the oven
4) Brownies straight from the oven
5) Double chocolate Milano's or my little "chocolate covered spanish butter cookies" - my assistant Lindsay enjoys these with me...we don't just eat them when we are stressed and under a deadline, unfortunately! But I limit myself...no more than a few a week. It can get crazy, real crazy if I don't!!!!!!!!!

7) Cold Stone Creamery "Birthday Cake Remix". Have you ever had this? Oh my, I absolutely declare to you, GOD HIMSELF is up in heaven eating this ice cream!!!!!!!!!! I'm getting a lot of people hooked on it, who are like, "okay, thank you very much, I needed that like I need a hole in the head."

10) All time favorite..............believe it or not, mashed potatoes. It's my #1 favorite food.
