A director at the Minneapolis convention center just randomly Googled organizations who could help out with some sexual harrassment training, and she stumbled upon our theatre company's web site (we are available for role-playing type training for businesses, etc., but so far we haven't gotten a bite!). Anyway, DH met with them yesterday, and he proposed a $500 fee - YP and her husband are helping us, so we figured $250/couple would be nice. The lady's response was, "Now is that $500 per PERSON?" Um, yeah. They're going to pay us between $1,500 and $2,000 to do this workshop, and the word of mouth advertising is going to be great, too. It's not until December, but DH had actually prayed and told God that if, by December, the theatre company couldn't start making some real money, he was going to have to go and get another FT job. So once again, confirmation that we're doing exactly what He told us to do.
