As you can see, ladies, many new forums have been added to the board.  I felt this would be a great improvement to categorizing our topics/thoughts better.  So here we go...post away!!! 

Please also tell other friends of yours in ministry about the board.  I know some do not share with certain people (particularly staffers) about the board because although you post under a non-identifying username you realize that the situations you discuss may give away your identity.  That is understandable.  I encourage anyone who wants to NOT give away this "best kept secret" to your staff if it is an issue,  or others you may feel questionable about, to just keep it to yourself. 

HOWEVER, for those of you who have friends who you could tell about this who would not hinder you in any way by knowing that you come here, please let them know.

I'm not asking you to do anything you're uncomfortable with.  I know for some it's their only "safe place."  Just encouraging if you know a friend who needs this, tell them if you feel comfortable.
