Hi Ladies! I hope everyone is well. I have been so busy with my ministry and home-schooling that I have had no time for me. But since I fainted in public yesterday, VERY EMBARRASING, I need to learn to make time. My blood sugar was 40! (Normal is 80-120) I have been too busy to eat, and in alot of pain from a work injury.Sometimes I guess we get so into helping others, that we forget to take care of ourselves. It's a good thing I listened to the Holy Spirit and pulled my car over. I was in a pizza place where I was safe. Thank God! Take care all!

I'm glad you are ok! did you know that women take care of their selves the worst when we take care of our families the best. I read an article one time that said women barely take the time to breathe. I thought "I breathe" but then it said to take a deep breath and you know what I realized that I was only breathing from my chest not my diapragm so the article was true.
Breathe ladies, and take care of you because if you don't nobody else will!
