I just wanted to let you know that last Monday (10-4) I had a beautiful baby girl -Jalyn Grace - by emergency c-section. She was 34 wks and she weighed 4lb 1 oz and 16 3/4 in long. She has a head of black hair and the cutest little nose!
I started having contractions Sunday evening, went to the hospital and my placenta had torn away from my uterus. They delivered her in 30 min. My Dr. told me today that if I had been 5 minutes later to the hospital that they would have lost both of us.I told her that I believe that God had His hands around my womb until I reached the hospital and she said that he did without a doubt. My favorite nurse told me she prayed for me as I slept . One nurse came out of the operating room and asked my precious dh if she could pray for him and she hugged him and prayed for him right then.He told me later that He was so afraid for us and her doing that made him know everything was going to be fine.Thank God for Christian Doctor's. and nurses.
God has been with us the whole time and Jalyn is coming home tomorrow.Thank you for praying for me during this pregancy. I am totally blessed!!!!!!!
Congratulations Ralinda! It sounds like you and your precious new baby were right where the Word says you should be...in the palm of His Hand!
You all enjoy your precious gift from God! Karen

First -- I'm so glad you are okay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH MY WORD!!!
Thank God for His protecting, and healing power!!!
Second -- I love the baby's name!!!!! How beautiful. I am so happy for you. Aren't these wonderful days? I so enjoyed my pregnancies and the "newborn" days with my babies, in fact it was my favorite time. I wish you many, many happy hours with Jalyn. Enjoy every minute.
Get rest as you can...get better and know we love you and we are praying for you. We rejoice with you in this wonderful life.
Congratulations!!!! I am so glad to hear the wonderful news. There is nothing like a new little baby to make you stop and think about how awesome God is. Enjoy your beautiful little blessing from the Lord. If you need anything, please call me. I will be glad to help. I know that you have a house full of little blessings!
Ralinda, congrats!! Wow, what a pretty name you chose. My favorite part of nursing was the post-partum unit. I loved praying with the moms and for the babies. I am glad that you had Godly nurses caring for you at such a special time. I hope you recover quickly. I loved those newborn days, I miss them. I hope you enjoy them. Please sleep when the baby does, and eat lots of protien and drink alot of fluids to help you heal. God bless all of you! lw
